Atlantis Abutments
For the Restorative Dentist- Increase Profitablility $300-$450 per tooth
- Reduce chair time by 2/3
- Reduce patient visits
- Simplify Restorative Procedure
- Increase Profitablility through increased referrals
- Provide highest quality service to your referring colleagues
- Simplify restorative procedure for your referring colleagues
- Achieve exceptional outcomes
- Laser scanning of master casts generates an exact 3D image
- Innovative expert system software designs the ideal abutment
- Computer-guided precision milling produces the Atlantis Abutment and the Atlantis Gemini (duplicate) from titanium
- Anatomical coronal preparation optimizes the path of insertion and makes restoration as simple as crown and bridge dentistry
- Contoured subgingival shoulder guides soft tissue and papilla maturation
- Patient-specific design accommodates infinite variations in implant position and angulation
- Atlantis Gemini Abutment - a functionally identical duplicate of the Atlantis Abutment - serves as the master die, enhancing laboratory accuracy for improved crown fit
Clinically based computer design and integrated machining produce patient-specific Atlantis Abutments with the ideal shape, contours and emergence profile. Exact duplicate abutments can be fabricated, typically eliminating the need for a final impression. Combine this with SmartStepsSM techniques and the number of patient visits are significantly reduced, making it easy to choose implants over traditional crown and bridge.
Atlantis Gold-Shaded Abutments Now Available
Use Gold-Shaded Atlantis abutments with all ceramic restorations or in areas with thin tissue for exceptional esthetic results. The titanium nitride coating is applied after the patient-specific abutment has been milled. Since little or no chairside modification is typically needed, the warm gold color remains in place.
Exact Duplicates - A Revolutionary Approach
Duplicate abutments help save valuable chair time. While one abutment is seated with a provisional crown, its "twin" serves as a precise die to fabricate the final restoration. Therefore, final impressions are typically eliminated and the final crown is often cemented to the abutment already in the patient's mouth. If tissue changes occur, the duplicate can be modified chairside or at the laboratory to ensure subgingival margins on the final restoration. Exact duplicate abutments are a unique offering not available for other types of restorations due to the handwork involved.
Encode
The Encode System includes 2-piece healing abutments with codes embedded in the occlusal surface and final abutments that are computer design and milled in titanium alloy. A stone cast of the Encode Healing Abutment, an opposing model, and a bite registration are all that is necessary to create a patient specific Encode Abutment. Healing Abutments and final abutments will be available for both 3i Certain™ and external connection implants.
Precision Milled Bars
CAD/CAM Patient-Specific Restorations are the future of restorative implant dentistry and 3i's Architech PSRTM is leading the way with CAM StructSURE Precision Milled Bars.
This leading-edge technology advances superstructures by offering simpler laboratory and restorative procedures for overdenture and fixed hybrid prostheses. With precision difficult to match by conventional laboratory techniques, CAM StructSURE provides a one-piece milled titanium alloy structure with a passive fit. This eliminates the potential for weakness that may be caused by soldering or laser welded joints. The result is a durable, passive restoration with fewer procedures. CAM StructSURE Precision Milled Bars-the foundations for great restorations. The CAM StructSURE is a great opportunity for laboratories to offer unprecedented passivity without the intensive labor. From a verified master cast, 3i designs and creates the ideal virtual structure then the design is milled from a solid block of titianium. There is no wax up or resin creation required.
