1st Office Appointment

• Take preliminary maxillary and mandibular impressions for fabricaiton of custom tray

Please allow 2 working days for the following laboratory procedures

Laboratory Step #1

• Pour maxillary and mandibular preliminary cast
• Fabricate custom tray

2nd Office Appointment

• Take facebow (please provide articluator if other than Denar or Stratos)
• Make centric bite record using occlusal rim
• Take impression utilizing GC resin to join impression copings together

Please allow 5 working days for the following laboratory procedures

Laboratory Step #2

• Pour master model utilizing lab analogs in die stone
• Mount cast on adjustable articulator (Denar or Stratos)
• Set up full denture
• Make verification jig using GC resin screwed down to the master cast

3rd Office Appointment

• Screw down verification jig in the mouth and verify fit with an x-ray to confirm the accuracy of the impression and teh master cast; if there is any discrepancy, section and lute together with GC resin; the lab will reset analogs on the master cast to this new relationship using the same jig
• Wax try in of full denture

Please allow 10 working days for the following laboratory procedures

Laboratory Step #3

• Mount casts on adjustable articulator
• Set up of mandibular full denture for wax try in
• Fabrication of Kugel implant Bar

4th Office Appointment

• Wax try in of mandibular full denture with Kugel Bar in place

Please allow 5 working days for the following laboratory procedure (excluding resets or adjustments)

Laboratory Step #4

• Duplicate master model with kugel Bar in place
• Transfer processed full denture to master cast with Bar in place
• Reprocess full denture with Kugel liner over the Kugel Bar

5th Office Appointment

• Deliver of final denture with Kugel Bar
