1st Office Appointment

1. Take preliminary maxillary and mandibular impressions for fabricaiton of custom tray

Please allow 2 working days for the following laboratory procedures

Laboratory Step #1

1. Pour maxillary and mandibular preliminary cast
2. Fabricate custom tray
3. Fabricate baseplate and occlusal rim

2nd Office Appointment

1. Take facebow (please provide articluator if other than Denar or Stratos)
2. Make centric bite record using occlusal rim
3. Take impression with pick-up impression copings utilizing GC resin to join impression copings together

Please allow 7 working days for the following laboratory procedures

Laboratory Step #2

1. Pour implant master cast utilizing lab analogs in die stone with soft tissue 
2. Mount on adjustable articulator (Denar or Stratos)
3. Set up full denture for wax try in
4. Make verification jig using GC resin screwed down to the master cast

3rd Office Appointment

1. Screw down verification jig in the mouth and verify fit with an x-ray to confirm the accuracy of the impression and teh master cast; if there is any discrepancy, section and lute together with GC resin; the lab will reset analogs on the master cast to this new relationship using the same jig
2. Wax try in of full denture

Please allow 10 working days for the following laboratory procedures

Laboratory Step #3

1. Fabrication of Hybrid Bar
2. Transfer setup to Hybrid Bar for try in

4th Office Appointment

1. Try in of Hybrid Bar with set up in wax

Please allow 9 workingdays for the following laboratory procedure (excluding resets or adjustments)

Laboratory Step #4

1. Silicoat Hybrid Bar
2. Process Hybrid Bar in acrylic

5th Office Appointment

1. Delivery of Hybrid prosthesis
