In 1981 Gary and Don Killgo opened Georgia Dental Laboratory, Inc. envisioning a company that would be an industry leader - offering the highest quality dental prosthetics available. The Company has achieved the goal with a state-of-the-art lab, a highly trained staff, and exceptional attention to detail and quality control. A leader in implant dentistry, Georgia Dental Laboratory offers both removable and fixed prosthetics, as well as a personalized customer service staff to handle each dentist's specific needs.
Philosophy
Georgia Dental Laboratory is a member of the National Association of Dental Laboratories, the Southeastern Conference of Dental Laboratories Inc., and the Georgia State Dental Laboratory Association. We have proudly achieved both Platinum and Partnership status with dental implant manufacturers. Georgia Dental Laboratory is a certified dental laboratory and employs numerous technicians certified by the National Board of Certification
Committed to a philosophy we call Conscientious Consistency, Georgia Dental Laboratory utilizes high-tech equipment such as laser welding, CAD/CAM and binocular/trinocular microscopes to produce the highest quality dental products available. All lab stations at Georgia Dental Laboratory are equipped with microscopes to ensure quality control. HEPA filtration systems on all units provide a premium air quality environment.The use of color correct bulbs with electronic ballast helps enhance color perception throughout our laboratory.
Georgia Dental Laboratory views continuing education as an essential way to keep pace with the latest technology. A multi-media classroom is available for seminars, which we offer to our dental laboratory staff as well as to dental practices and study clubs. We also maintain an extensive library of training materials, books, and videos for use by technicians on our staff.
